HR Administrator / Gestionnaire RH GER/ENG/FR 80% - 100%



For the HR department of our group, we are looking for an HR ADMINISTRATOR to join our teams based in Geneva.


HR Administrator

Your responsibilities:

- Contract creation

- Salary simulation processing

- Management of staff movements in and out

- Management of administrative documents related to employment contracts (applications for residence/work permits, family allowances ...)

- Implementing and carrying out all the administrative management of employees (social charges/declarations, time management, staff movements, etc.).

- Salary processing (variable entry, control, …)

- Absenteeism management (follow-up of working hours, declaration and follow-up of accidents, sick leave, etc.)

- Supporting employees of foreign origin

- Salary certificate establishment

- Training for new hiring staff

- Inform, guide and advise employees and managers on the rights and obligations of each person.

- Operate the HR information system to provide reliable data

Your profile:

- German level C1

- English level B2/C1

- French is a plus

- To benefit from a “certificate of assistant in personnel management”

- Knowledge of Swiss payroll is an asset

- Comfortable with figures

- Knowledge of ERP software (ABACUS an asset)

- Mastering MS Office tools

- Good customer relations

- Good communication skills

- Conscientious, methodical, rigorous and proactive
