Some processes still need to be streamlined/structured to become more efficient; openness to more flexible and updated work patterns should be given more consideration.

Good working atmosphere at the assembly / hierarchy very attentive / HR department very dynamic and attentive / flexible working hours and vacations / a few minutes a day to make up for a two-week closure at Christmas, top / Friday end of work at 3:00 pm and during the week at 3:45 pm, top.

I would say that there are improvements to be made, including offering the ability to work remotely, offering more flexibility in the morning hours, and making some renovations to the company's premises.

I have been working in the company for 18 years. It is a company that is evolving in the last years. Makes efforts towards the employees. Very good working atmosphere. Very correct managers. Free hours.

Pleasant working environment, flexible working hours, infrastructure at the disposal of the staff (e.g. gym), extra professional events (e.g. staff parties, concerts...), 6 to 7 weeks of vacations per year and offers with some commercial partners...

There is always room for improvement; but overall BienAir is a good company.
