The positive atmosphere among certain employees remains the main highlight. There are good relationships among coworkers and a genuine sense of solidarity within certain teams. Front-line staff are generally dedicated and do their best to ensure the company runs smoothly despite the challenges they face.

There are numerous issues: management, organization, communication, recognition, compensation, and career advancement opportunities. Salaries are particularly disappointing given the responsibilities and demands of the job. It seems the company expects employees to work to Swiss standards while offering compensation that does not reflect Swiss market realities. You cannot demand Swiss-level performance and commitment with a compensation policy that does not keep pace. Since the takeover by the French group, I have observed a significant deterioration in the organization and a management style that has become far too impersonal. Communication with employees is insufficient, and decisions too often seem out of touch with the reality on the ground. Recognition for the work done and opportunities for advancement are also very limited. By constantly demanding more without offering commensurate compensation and recognition in return, it’s no surprise to see motivation and commitment decline. A thorough reevaluation of management, the organization, and—above all—the compensation policy is essential. At this point, if you have other professional opportunities, I strongly advise you to explore them before committing to this company.

Fortunately, the excellent rapport between employees and local management helps maintain the team cohesion that is so essential. A major reorganization is needed.

Since the French group acquired Facchinetti Automobile, we have noticed a marked decline in the organization and a management style that has become too impersonal. Almost every aspect of the company's operations needs to be reviewed.

The atmosphere among colleagues is excellent and the freedom of action allows everyone to express their ideas. Career development is possible.

Communication within the group remains complicated, and efforts can and must be made in this area.

I agree with the negative reviews! Bad atmosphere, pressure and absent management. Only 1 person makes all the noise. One-way communication. Good people don't stay long.

The only positive point is the way I get on with my colleagues.

There's a lot of room for improvement. The most obvious is management, the company is very fragile. A very bad mentality from the management, no possible evolutions. Beware of fine words in an interview. Avoid the Delémont dealership! Don't forget that they only choose French people, because Swiss people would never work for them in terms of management and salary.

Management non-existent, management totally absent, communication, the way of thinking to be centered on Human, and not on simple numbers as it is currently the case. Low salaries, and workloads always revised upwards, without compensation of course. During an interview, you're guaranteed the best for the job, but it's all just talk.

Feddback from the company. No return more than a month after having been interviewed. Despite the reminders made, no response! New management, new way of doing things? Too bad, it does not give desire to work for them!
