Indeed, we are a project-based company which implies a lot of Project Manager and Manager to coordinate all the complex activities on our projects and the contacts with a demanding clientele. Nevertheless, most of our managers also have a very operational role and we have a very flat hierarchy, with a management very close to its employees. We only have highly qualified employees and we value the work of each individual.

IMA offers an excellent work environment, with respectful, approachable colleagues and a strong spirit of collaboration. Interpersonal relationships are clearly one of the company's strengths.
What could be improved?
As an area for improvement, I believe that recognition of the responsibilities taken on by employees could be further developed. Over time, some employees acquire new skills and take on responsibilities that go beyond their original job description. It would be beneficial if this development were better reflected through clearer career advancement opportunities and compensation that is more closely aligned with the responsibilities actually performed.

Good company, know-how and great potential
What works well?
Very good business experience, provided mostly by old-fashioned people with decades of experience in the company. The level of general knowledge is high, as are expectations. All of which motivates you to rise to the challenge. The HR/IT department is available and responsive in most cases. Flexibility of working hours is good, and to a certain extent makes it possible to coordinate work/private life, both in terms of teleworking and block scheduling. On the whole, people are motivated and committed to their tasks. Despite the inevitable dissensions linked to functions and projects, there's still a feeling that everyone's pulling in the same direction.
What could be improved?
Standardization of working methods: A great deal of effort is invested in providing employees with uniform ways of working. By this we mean best practices, work instructions, user manuals, standards and reference persons for virtually all processes linked to the company's activity. Unfortunately, this investment is bypassed by some employees due to a lack of time, willpower or simply the fact that the above points are not sufficiently visible and/or enforced. Vertical communication could be improved. The latter, although it exists between management and employees, is often incomplete and too general / not precise enough.
