Technically very interesting projects that integrate a wide spectrum of different technologies and processes. The project management methodology chosen for the Gals site is not sufficiently agile because it is rather adapted to repeat machines. The consideration of our customers' needs is not holistic enough. Specifically, sales, projects and service do not work together. The long-term vision of each site is not clear.

I had the chance to have a very pleasant interview with a good reception. The objectives of the position were very well explained, which allowed me to project myself into the missions I was going to carry out. The test exercise is a very good way to talk to an engineer from the design office, it helps to understand the expectations in terms of design.

No points of improvement to report. The interview is pleasant, it allowed me to have a clear and cordial exchange.

The interview begins with a tour of the company's premises, as well as a presentation of current projects, which helps to contextualize the position. This is followed by a more formal discussion to discuss the position and learn more about the candidate.

Perhaps some information was missing to properly prepare for the interview, but a good responsiveness from the company made up for this.

Since I was only there for a first meeting, I have very little to say. I noticed a good atmosphere and I was pleased to see an automated process for accompanying people outside the company.

According to my expectations, I would like to have more information about the company and its employees.
