What works well?

There are many advantages to being a staff or student, including discounts and lower meal costs. The people who work there are all smiling and do their best.

What could be improved?

Managers are more egocentric and focused on their own success than that of their teams. Salaries are too low, except for management. An incompetent HR team that regularly makes mistakes.

What works well?

I haven't started my new position yet but the application process was very smooth. Every steps of the process were clearly presented and it was a pleasure to discuss with all the interlocutors I met.

What could be improved?

Not much room for improvement. The talent acquisition manager was really helpful.

What works well?

7 weeks vacations, meal plans, parking and sports facilities.

What could be improved?

The work ambience looks quite nice but people are stressed out and lots of internal fights between the educational sectors. New managerial team can't hold talents, seems they make decisions and see what happens.
