Over many, many years with this magnificent company, I've had the opportunity to grow with it and take numerous training courses (4 higher education courses - Brevet & CAS) to improve my knowledge/skills. The company financed them without restriction, with great generosity. In addition to the very interesting work, there's a spirit of collegiality, mutual aid and solidarity at GM, which are particularly strong values for this company. My employer is grateful for the work I do, and encourages me when I need it. You can always count on him, and that's priceless.

I've been working at Groupe Mutuel for 5 years, and what I appreciate most is the trust-based management practiced within the company.
