The atmosphere at work is very positive, collaboration with colleagues is open and transparent, and the leadership style I'm familiar with in my sector is participative, encouraging autonomy, accountability and continuous improvement. Overall, Groupe Mutuel offers a pleasant working environment with attractive benefits and social services.
