What works well?

As an unsuccessful candidate, even at an interview, I cannot give an opinion.

What could be improved?

A month and a half to receive a standardized response to a serious application, even though I had followed up after 15 days, clearly asking whether I should consider the application unsuccessful. Not giving any reply at all would show less contempt.

Clear announcement and quick contact to arrange an interview.

What could be improved?

The whole recruitment process. Badly received, people not pleasant, negative answer after interview by mail without telephone contact. Rude and totally disrespectful.
