In order to strengthen our Watch Business Unit based in Neuchâtel, we are recruiting a

Reporting directly to the Watch Marketing Director, you work in close cooperation with all departments (Marketing, Finance, Operations, Commercial Subsidiaries) and our Managing Director Watch to provide them a continuous analytical support.

In this role, you are covering different analysis, you monitor and assess the performance of the Watch Business Unit and provide specific commercial or financial studies requested by Top Management.

Responsibilities

Business analysis & reporting

  • Prepare monthly performance reports (sales, inventory, secondary market, Swiss exports, LVMH executive, etc.).
  • Monitor commercial performance of key markets (monthly performance reporting, follow-up on actions taken, organization of business reviews and preparation of supporting materials).
  • Support budget and revisions preparation with analysis, presentations (3-Year Plan, budget, business review, townhall).

Project coordination

  • Track global project progress and deadlines with department leaders.
  • Respond to requests from HQ in Rome, particularly regarding financial issues but also for business reviews or other presentations.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Managing Director Watch – economic monitoring and input on evolving trends.

Merchandising

  • Analyse K-launches and product lifecycle performance to smoothen and improve end of life management
  • Monitor SKU efficiency and provide general recommendations on the portfolio range and network

Profil

You have a university degree in Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, with 4 years of experience in a similar role. You have worked in a multicultural and challenging environment, with solid experience in sales analysis, reporting, and agile project management. Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required. Complete fluency in both English and French, both written and spoken, is also essential for success in this position.

The role requires strong analytical skills and intellectual agility to adapt quickly to changes. Curiosity, reliability, and diplomacy in our teams. The candidate must also demonstrate impeccable organization, precision in their work, and rigorous project follow-up. The ability to creatively solve complex problems and high stress resilience are crucial for this role, ensuring consistent performance even under pressure.
