Real Estate Project Manager

Location: Baden, Aargau, Switzerland (Hybrid Position)

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Project Manager to join our client's team, responsible for managing various corporate real estate projects and collaborating with stakeholders. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility for remote work with occasional on-site meetings in the Baden office.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Manage corporate real estate projects, including lease contracts, relocation, consolidation, and premises closure.
  • Lead specific projects related to workplace, maintenance, energy reduction, processes, guidelines, and real estate standards.
  • Conduct stakeholder management to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Budgeting and cost planning, maintaining cost awareness throughout projects.
  • Portfolio data management, including lease data, premises data, and master data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, or similar field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Project Manager in corporate environments.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong team player with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Must reside and work in Switzerland.

Additional Information:

  • Opportunity for contract extensions or permanent position.
  • Interview process includes a teams interview and potentially a second interview either on teams or on-site.

 

Start Date: Ideal start date is in May/June 2024; latest start date is in July 2024.
