Receptionist - Office Management (m/f/d)

  • As part of our Office Management you organise the entire reception area and ensure an appropriate appearance
  • You manage the telephone service, act as the first point of contact for external guests and internal employees and process the incoming and outgoing mail
  • You organise and conduct internal and external events and business trips as part of event and travel management activities
  • You perform administrative tasks, such as invoice processing, file maintenance, calendar administration, etc.
  • Also you are mainly responsible for the order management (office supply, food, hardware, etc.)
  • You support the sales colleagues and branch managers on-site
  • You obtain work/residence permits for temporary employees
  • You manage the establishment of workplaces and the organisation of the location as part of office and floor-space management activities
  • You have a vocational qualification, e.g. in the commercial area, in tourism or in hotel management assistance
  • You have a confident and friendly manner when dealing with guests and customers, both on the phone and in personal meetings
  • You have a high level of personal initiative, a strong focus on service, a great sense of responsibility and a proactive approach
  • You have a structured and independent way of working and very good self-organisation skills
  • In addition to that you enjoy being responsible for a wide range of different tasks and supporting people as well as have a high degree of flexibility
  • You have very good MS Office skills and affinity for IT
  • You have excellent French skills and very good English skills; ideally, you also have German skills
