In support of EHL Group’s vision to be the premier worldwide reference in hospitality education, a dedicated Graduate School was established at EHL in 2020. By offering a distinctive program portfolio, the Graduate School enhances EHLs academic offer in both the hospitality and management education landscapes.

For our Graduate School, we are looking for a :

Your responsibilities

  1. Stakeholders Management: Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication with participants, faculty, partners, and stakeholders.
  2. Logistics Coordination: Organize all logistical aspects related to program preparation and delivery, including scheduling, venue selection, social events, facility arrangements, and participant accommodations.
  3. Technical Support: Coordinate technical aspects such as AV setup, simultaneous translation, and troubleshoot technological issues during program sessions.
  4. Material Management: Gather teaching/program materials and information from stakeholders, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Admission Support: Assist in the admission process for programs.
  6. Program Delivery: Ensure effective program delivery by utilizing and improving established workflows and processes to enhance the learner and client experience.
  7. Workflow Optimization: Collaborate with the program management team to optimize workflows, tools, and processes to support program implementation and enhance client satisfaction.
  8. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for LMS data management, program scheduling, PO creation/tracking, travel arrangements, reimbursements, and related tasks.
  9. Community Development: Support the development of the student community by proposing and implementing activities to enhance the learner experience.
  10. Onsite Support: Provide support during the whole length of the program from one day to several weeks (during program delivery, face to face on or off campus and virtual, some weekend work, evenings and travel required)

Who you are

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • You have at least three years of professional experience preferably in the hospitality/event industry or in the field of education
  • You have project management skills and ability to operate autonomously
  • You have a good command of English and Mandarin for our specific needs in our growing programs portfolio.
  • You have strong organisation skills and very good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • You are a self-starter with a service and customer-oriented mindset.
  • You demonstrate ability to work with multicultural teams and in an international environment
  • You have excellent communication and inter-personal skills in a business environment
