The EMEA Technology Consulting team is part of IQVIA EMEA ́s Technology Solutions umbrella and forms the transversal consulting offering across the main IQVIA technology offerings around Orchestrated Customer Engagement (OCE) and Social Media Intelligence, R&D, Compliance & Quality, PV & Regulatory Technology and Performance Management & insights / Information Management (PM & I/IM).

Role & Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant Change Management in Technology Consulting, your analytical, interpersonal, creative thinking, business management and leadership skills will be called upon from day one. You will help create change in the world of Life Sciences and improve patient outcomes by:


  • Supporting clients in change processes conceptualizingand implementing mindset, business and organizational change projects and continuously improving these initiatives in an agile manner



  • Independently preparing, presenting, and leading at client meetings and facilitating trainings


  • Monitoring the success of your client engagements and owning the actions to continuously create the most sustainable value to our clients


  • Contributing to team development leading internal team initiatives on change management


  • Monitoring the market for new business opportunities and innovation to continuously improve team practices


  • Managing junior team members (Analysts/Consultants) and empower them in their career growth at IQVIA

About You

Candidates interested in joining as a Senior ConsultantChange Management should have:


  • 3-6 years ofprofessional experience in (strategy) consultingwith a focus on Change Management


  • Robust experience in conceptualizing, implementing, and managing Change Management activities


  • Avid interest in the healthcare and life sciences industries


  • Demonstrable analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills


  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including presentations, meeting and workshop facilitation



  • Fluency in English, any additional European language is a plus


  • Interest and motivation to manage and empower junior team members (analysts and consultant)


  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others in and across the organization


  • Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
