On behalf of one of our clients, an international food company in Geneva, we are seeking a:
Responsibilities
Source and translate consumer data into strong insights for new brand development.
Collect and analyze consumer data to derive meaningful insights for the creation of new brands.
Segment categories to uncover new opportunities within the current product portfolio: focusing on consumer needs, target demographics, products, and occasions.
Assist in entering new markets and supporting existing ones with branded business, from analysis to launch.
Develop and testing assets, managing media buying (digital, outdoor, in-store) in collaboration with partner agencies, ready for market deployment.
Ensure effective cross-functional teamwork from inception to launch with all relevant business partners.
Solicit and benchmark proposals for concept testing, media purchasing, and activation.
Profile
Minimum experience of 5-6 years in an equivalent role
Experience in consumer marketing experience
Strong digital skills
Operational and strategy-oriented
Proven organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Sense of organization and priorities
English fluent, with a good knowledge of French is a plus
Proactive, creative, agile, business- and solution-oriented
