To strengthen our Sales Ops organization, we are looking for an exceptional Business Analyst 6 Months Term Fixed Contract, based in Geneva (Switzerland), and reporting to the Sales Ops Manager.

 

 

Business Analyst

What can we expect ?

Provide advanced quantitative analytics to Sales Operations department
Maintain existing reporting solutions and develop process documentation
Analyze and validate data in order to enhance or implement new business process
Communicate enhancement requests for new and existing systems
Support in systems change requests, testing, validation and training
Communicate analyses’ conclusions to partners

Maintain good Country data quality level and identify misalignment between systems

Profile

Bachelor in Statistic, Economics or Marketing
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role for an international company
Fluent in French and English
Must have very good skills in Ms Excel, Microsoft Power BI and SFDC
Robust visualization skills (tableau/Power BI)


Nice to have

 

Great team player and self-organized with a minimum level of supervision
Great customer focus skills and attention to detail
Great communication skills (excellent English language skills)
Pharmaceutical experience is a plus

 

 

Business & Data Analyst

Reporting to the Data Insights Manager, the Data Analyst will be responsible for helping Data Insight Team support key stakeholders (Executive team, Strategic Innovation Groups, Commercials Markets) understand performance from an internal and external point of view, using several sources of information. 

  

In this mission, your responsibilities will be threefold as follows:

Data management and quality:

·       Manage all aspects of integration and harmonization of retailer POS data (customization, transformation, harmonization and cleaning) in order to get accurate, accessible and harmonized data

·       Ensure and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to leverage local data for consolidated bottom-up analysis and ensure data integrity and accuracy of all POS data sources

·       Manage data providers relationships and associated contracts

·       Provide best practices: work closely with global marketing teams to define, update and share frames of reference to ensure market data definition consistency and quality across the organization for retailer POS data

Performance tracking and reporting to support decision-making:
 

·       Provide regular and ad-hoc analysis of demand sales performance information

·       Develop and maintain KPI’s for brands and Therapeutic Area and provide tracking of performance

·       Develop, implement, automate and maintain easy-to-use tools for key stakeholders to support rapid decision-making process

·       Support Business Units (SIGs) and commercial markets with relevant data for strategic plan, business roadmaps, business development opportunities

·       Conduct analysis by integrating multiple data sources to provide an objective viewpoint to support decision making


Enhance Analytics methods and tools:

 

·       Works closely with the Data Insights Manager to generate recommendations for the optimal deployment of business intelligence data, methods and tools, in order to support performance monitoring and forecasting

·       Define requirements for reporting and performance metrics and work with technical teams and stakeholders to integrate into the roadmap

·       Lead the design, development and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analysis, dashboards, to support key stakeholders drive key business decisions


Your profile:

 

·       Educated in business, statistics, finance or relevant field2-3 years of relevant work experience in analytics/data analysis, business intelligence or related field.

·       Experience in the pharma industry and/or beauty & personal care industry is a plusAdvanced Excel level (Pivot Table, VBA, Power Query, Power Pivot)

·       Knowledge of data panels (IQVIA/IMS, Nielsen, IRI, NPD) and intelligence platforms (Euromonitor, Nicholas Hall, Evaluate Pharma, Decisions Resources)

·       Experience of Business Intelligence software (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, Excel Cube)

·       Highly analytical with the ability to work with large data sets

·       Experience gathering business requirements, using industry standard business intelligence tools to extract data, formulate metrics and build reports

·       Ability to effectively communicate and work with both business and technical teams to carry out projects

·       Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment

·       Knowledge of classic Forecasting methodology and predictive analysis is a plus

·       Fluent in English both written and spoken, any other languages are an asset
