We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our Digital Marketing Department of Breguet.
Passionate about Digital, you follow new digital and customer experience trends and you are capable to translate them into our Business strategy.
This is a great opportunity for you to support Breguet in the optimization of its digital marketing and customer experience initiatives.

You will report to the Global Digital Marketing Manager, and actively participate to the brand's digital initiatives to support the daily challenges of the company's digital transformation.
Act as Data Steward for the brand's CRM Solution including the monitoring of the data sources updates, the data quality process and evaluation and the creation and communication of guidelines to improve data quality
Ensure CRM best practices are respected by the markets worldwide and train key users accordingly
Liaise with the CRM, CXM, ESP software editors, the integrators and the brand executives
Create on-demand analytical reports for C-level Management to highlight the performance of the CRM initiatives in the markets (online to offline conversions)
Solve requests from Breguet key users by both telephone and email in a client-focused manner
Keep the Digital Marketing and CRM Community up-to-date with latest trends in CRM or Customer Experience
Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and propose improvements
Identify and internally advocate for innovative customer experience solutions that could complement our existing solutions
Create user friendly documentation/instruction manuals for the CRM and digital solutions
Work on resolutions of issues with all concerned stakeholders
Support the company's data strategy with the Marketing, Retail, Customer Service and IT departments
Coordinate under the supervision of direct manager the implementation of innovative business intelligence solutions focused on client experience
Define and implement new digital key performance indicators towards social media, CRM, e-advertising, SEM (non-exhaustive list)
Build monthly digital reports and communicate key insights to M- and C-level Management at Headquarters and market levels
Participate in governance projects aiming to identify and monitor new procedures or compliant digital solutions
Participate in the global training initiatives of the digital marketing department
University degree in business administration, marketing or statistics
A first relevant working experience in marketing research, business intelligence or CRM.
You have a first work experience in participating in international CRM, Digital Marketing and BI projects for a brand in a B2C environment. Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
You have strong analytical skills, you can easily work with figures and identify the appropriate business actions
You have a strong client-focus, with a proven track record of improving the customer experience.
You are proficient with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or any other leading CRM solution
You understand the principles of business intelligence and are familiar with the usual analytics solutions such as tableau, PowerBI, Data Studio, etc.
You are familiar with Google Marketing Platforms, in particular Analytics and Google Tag Manager
You are able to manage multiple projects keeping tight deadlines and coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders
You have a creative spirit and are able to think out of the box
You are a team player, self-motivated, proactive and autonomous. On top, you are result-oriented and resistant to stress.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
You are willing to learn and progress
Fluent in English and French, any other language is a plus
