Your challenges
- Handle all administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle from entry to departure
- Assure the social insurance administration : accidents, sickness, maternity leave, AI
- Update Care Management System, daily allowances
- Manage all work permit request, follow up with authorities
- Support employee and managers in Time Management administration
- Other administrative duties

Your skills
  • Several years of experience of working in HR administration within a multinational company
  • Knowledge of an HR system
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent knowledge of English (oral and written), good knowledge of German and/or French
