HR Assistant - 50% (Maternity Leave 8-9 months)
Your mission :
- Entry administration for new employees (e-filing, data entry, work permits)
- Performing employee administration (maintaining employee personal records, answering employee requests)
- Performing employee exit administration (ensuring completion of full exit documentation for leaving employees)
- Coordinating temporary, apprentices, hiring process (Responsible for the on boarding and exit process)
- Performing employee entries on time tracking system (Geneva and UK)
- Being first Level Support am HR Desk:
- Administering the internal communication on HR topics
- Manage accident and illness reporting
- Drafting attestations, certificates and miscellaneous correspondence
- Coordinating external training
- Part time 50% will be on mornings from Monday to Friday
Your profile :
- You have between 2-4 years of experience in a similar position
- You have an experience on time management system
- You are fluent in English and French
- You know how to use Abacus payroll system (an asset)
- You are proactive and a good communicator
