Our client, a major international retail organisation in Lausanne is looking for a B2C Retail Consultant to work on the deployment of international retail POS and CRM solutions (ideally Cegid POS+ any client selling solution).
You will have a proven track record in designing and deploying retail processes and solid experience working in international brands (fashion, cosmetics, FMCG) in a B2C context, ideally with different operating models (direct retail, agent of sales, reseller)
Your role will be to lead business and process change management to secure end-user adoption success showing the ability to understand, challenge and design business processes and requirements.
You will collect, analyse and challenge data to build business cases to evaluate requirements relevance and ensure that the business understands the impact of those recommendations on business KPIs and Consumer experience.
Through managing workshops with market retail experts you will be required to present global retail processes and solutions, perform presentations and demonstrations of the global business principles and the retail solutions supporting them.
Your role will also be to identify gaps between global processes and solutions and local business setup and practices, qualify and validate them with local and global stakeholders.
Confident with the IT solutions available, you will liaise with local and international ISIT teams to ensure the rollout of any new technologies in line with business requirements.
