Accounting Specialist with HR Support (m/f/d)
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, an established construction company in the Freiamt region with around 150 employees and part of an owner-managed family business group, we are looking immediately for a dynamic and service-oriented individual for the accounting department. You will benefit from short decision-making paths and a varied range of tasks in a family-run SME environment, active in the fields of structural and civil engineering as well as conversions and renovations.

Responsibilities:
You post accounts receivable and accounts payable invoices
You prepare payment runs
You prepare the monthly reporting
You assist with quarterly and annual financial statements
You support the commercial manager in accounting and HR
You take on general administrative and accounting tasks
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education with experience in accounting
You are a dynamic and service-oriented personality
You demonstrate high initiative and quality awareness
You are resilient
