What is my role?

Group Treasury:

Establishment and further development of the Group Treasury, including liquidity planning, cash management and working capital

Management and further development of banking relationships, financing and currency risks

Processes, policies & reporting:

Establishment of transparent, group-wide treasury processes, policies and reporting structures

Further development of processes, systems and instruments in the area of treasury and group finance

Group accounting:

Active support of group accounting, especially in consolidation, intercompany issues and group reporting

Corporate Finance & M&A:

Participation in corporate finance, M&A and strategic projects

International collaboration

Close cooperation with the finance managers of the international EBRO companies

Languages German: 60% and English: 40%

What do I need to be successful?

Solid commercial or business administration training

Relevant professional experience in treasury, corporate finance, group accounting or a comparable finance function

Personal skills

Analytical and structured way of working as well as a strong understanding of numbers

Hands-on mentality and enjoyment in building and further developing structures and processes

Confident appearance and good communication skills in an international environment
