For an established company in the fiduciary sector, we are looking for an experienced individual who purposefully applies their solid expertise to the leadership and development of a team. You provide guidance in daily business, promote collaboration, and ensure the quality of work. At the same time, you remain anchored in demanding client work and actively shape efficient processes.

- Independent management and supervision of demanding fiduciary mandates
- Responsibility for monthly and annual financial statements as well as other accounting tasks
- Consulting and support of clients in various business management issues
- Participation in the further development of internal processes and procedures
- Promotion of constructive, binding, and solution-oriented collaboration
You keep an eye not only on numbers and deadlines but also on the people behind them. You recognise where support is needed, provide orientation, and take responsibility.
What you bring
You are a recognised expert in fiduciary services, have many years of professional experience, and possess the necessary sensitivity to lead a team both professionally and personally.
- Many years of solid professional experience in fiduciary services with independent mandate responsibility
- Proven fiduciary expertise, ideally with a diploma as a certified fiduciary expert or a comparable higher professional qualification
- Experience in the professional leadership of employees and the ability to clearly coordinate tasks and make decisions
- Good knowledge of accounting, financial statement preparation, VAT, and payroll
- Confident handling of digital tools and common accounting software
- Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills, decisiveness, and an appreciative leadership style
- Very good German language skills
A long-standing formal team leadership role is not mandatory. What matters is that you convince professionally, provide orientation to employees, and want to take responsibility for a team with joy and clarity.
What you get
- Responsible role with a focus on team leadership and professional scope for design
- Opportunity to actively support, strengthen, and further develop a team
- Independent management of diverse client mandates
- Collaboration with experienced professionals
- Flexible working hours and modern working conditions
- Room for your own ideas and the further development of existing processes
- Professional and personal development opportunities
Next steps
You want to bring your many years of fiduciary experience into a responsible leadership role and remain close to client business? Then we look forward to receiving your CV and an initial non-binding discussion. Entry is possible by arrangement, preferably soon.
