Medical Secretary in Nephrology, 40–100 %
Your tasks – our position
- A varied role within nephrology consultations and dialysis activities
- Close collaboration with the medical team and medical assistants
- Active participation in the continuous improvement of processes
- Organisation and coordination of consultations
- Correspondence with patients
- Reception of patients
- Management of reports and dictations, as well as maintaining, updating and monitoring medical records
- Regular working hours, no weekends: all day Friday and, Monday to Thursday, flexible hours to be agreed
Your skills – our expectations
- Completed training as a medical secretary and professional experience in this field
- Autonomy, organisational skills and good stress resistance
- A friendly personality, patient-oriented, reliable and responsible
- Team spirit, flexibility and adaptability
- Enthusiasm for your profession and a strong sense of service
- Very good oral knowledge of German and French, as well as good written knowledge of German
- Ability to write simple correspondence in French
- Good knowledge of medical terminology
