The Sarine District Court is the court of first instance responsible for the Sarine district in the canton of Fribourg. This bilingual court employs around sixty collaborators who contribute daily to the smooth functioning of justice and to serving the population. It sits in civil and criminal matters and also assumes the responsibilities of several specialised jurisdictions, such as the Labour Court or the Tenancy Court. - Keeping minutes of hearings
- Drafting decisions in civil law
- Holder of a master’s degree in law, a lawyer’s certificate being an advantage
- Experience within a court registry
- Good writing skills
- Good computer skills
- Fluency in French with good knowledge of German
