YOUR MISSION

• Provide delegated medical care at the homes of people with physical, psychological dependency or a disability.
• Support the multidisciplinary CMS team in managing client situations.
• Incorporate health promotion and prevention concepts into your practice.

PROFILE

• ASSC CFC (Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas)
• Interest in home care
• Ability to adapt to changes and respond to crisis situations
• Trainer training in companies (FEE), an asset
• Ability to work independently
• Good knowledge of common IT tools
• Flexibility in working hours
• Driving licence (mandatory)
