For our site in Domdidier with more than 450 employees, we are looking for a

EHS Business Partner 80-100%

Do you want to contribute concretely to safety, health protection, fire prevention and industrial risk management? Do you enjoy being on site, interacting with teams and working in demanding technical environments? Then this position is made for you. Within an EHS team composed of several specialists and a manager, you support the entire WAGO Contact SA site in Domdidier in deploying EHS standards, regulatory compliance and developing a strong safety culture.

• Ensuring the safety of employees, installations and equipment by guaranteeing compliance with EHS requirements on site
• Being the point of contact for topics related to fire protection, emergency situations, machine safety and specific physical risks (laser, noise, vibrations, electromagnetic fields)
• Conducting risk analyses, defining preventive measures and supporting their implementation on site
• Organising and coordinating emergency drills, participating in crisis management and contributing to the continuous improvement of safety measures
• Advising and supporting departments in developing a strong and sustainable safety culture

• Federal VET diploma in a technical field or equivalent training
• Experience in an industrial environment and a strong interest in occupational safety and risk prevention
• Training as a fire protection safety officer AEAI
• Training as a first aid rescuer at work IAS level 1, laser safety officer or equivalent certifications, an advantage
• Knowledge in machine safety, electricity, emergency situation management and risk analysis
• Proactive, pragmatic personality, able to convince and interact with different levels of the organisation
• Very good knowledge of French; German or English is an advantage
