Building Services Planner Ventilation (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner has been a successful planning company in the field of building services (heating - ventilation - air conditioning - refrigeration - sanitary - specialist coordination) for 30 years and plans these from concept to completion. Their projects range from commercial, industrial, residential, retirement homes, hospitals to administration buildings.
Responsibilities:
- You plan and design ventilation systems for various building types such as commercial, industrial, residential complexes, retirement homes, hospitals and administrative buildings.
- You create technical drawings and execution plans for ventilation technology, taking into account the specific requirements of each building.
- You perform calculations on air volumes, pressure losses and energy efficiency and develop solutions to optimise the systems.
- You coordinate the planning with other trades such as heating, sanitary and electrical to ensure smooth integration of the ventilation technology.
- You support the construction management in implementing the planned ventilation systems and ensure that the installations are carried out professionally and in accordance with standards.
- You accompany commissioning and carry out quality controls as well as acceptance of the ventilation systems.
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as a building services planner EFZ specialising in ventilation.
- Experience in planning ventilation systems for different building types, especially in the areas of commercial, industrial, residential construction, retirement homes, hospitals and administrative buildings.
- You are familiar with the relevant standards and regulations in the field of ventilation technology.
- You have experience with planning software and CAD programmes (2D and 3D).
- A solution-oriented and independent working style characterises you.
- You are communicative and enjoy working in a team.
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, complete your profile.
