Role:
A Swiss corporate group based in Lucerne offering comprehensive services in fiduciary, business consulting, tax, law, accounting, and asset management.
The organisation combines various specialised companies and departments, thereby creating a broad spectrum of expertise.
The environment is particularly suitable for individuals who want to contribute their expertise in fiduciary services, finance, tax, or consulting and at the same time value varied mandates, interdisciplinary exchange, and long-term development opportunities.
Responsibilities:
You independently conduct audits for small and medium-sized national and international companies from industry, trade, and services according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER.
Pension funds and foundations with different accounting and reporting requirements are also part of your diverse audit portfolio.
In group audits, you assist with audits according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER including group reporting.
You take on special audits, including those related to capital increases and reductions, foundations, liquidations, and extraordinary profit distributions.
As part of annual audits, you analyse and assess internal control systems (ICS) and actively contribute to the further development of audit processes.
Qualifications:
You have practical experience in auditing and hold the qualification as a revision expert with the RAB.
An entrepreneurial mindset as well as a strong service and customer orientation distinguish you.
You enjoy direct interaction with clients and actively shaping and developing processes.
You are proficient with IT systems and interested in digitalisation and modern audit methods.
You have confident German language skills.
