Are you our new team member who will support us as a Cook: (fixed-term) immediately or by arrangement?
You will work on a fixed-term basis for 3 months in a 100% position with the option of permanent employment from Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 15:30, 08:00 to 17:00 or from 11:00 to 20:00. You will be flexibly available for special events in the evening.
Our task menu
- Preparation of mise en place at the assigned station
- Production of dishes at the assigned station (Entremetier, Gardemanger, Saucier etc.)
- Ensuring the supply at the menu lines
- Regenerating / plating menus during lunch service
- Assisting with catering, aperitifs and special events
- Receiving goods and managing the stock
- Contributing ideas for menu design
- Ensuring cleanliness and order at the assigned station
- Performing general tidying and cleaning tasks
- Implementing ZFV quality and service standards
- Compliance with and implementation of hygiene and occupational safety guidelines
Your recipe for success
- Basic training as a Cook: EFZ
- Experience in vegan cuisine is an advantage
- Experience working with apprentices is an advantage
- Good oral and written German skills
- Enthusiastic "foodie" and connoisseur
- Team player
- Passion for the cooking profession and enjoyment of guest contact
- Clean and independent working style
