Role:
Are you looking for a new challenge as a Project Manager HVAC? In this role, you take responsibility for the successful execution of sanitary projects. You are responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. With your professional-level experience, you are capable of managing complex projects and further developing your skills. You are an important part of the project’s success and contribute to achieving the goals.
Responsibilities:
- You independently lead sanitary projects in new builds and renovations and coordinate them
- In this role, you plan projects across all phases, from calculation to execution
- As a project manager, you lead fitters and subcontractors on the projects and coordinate their work
- You monitor compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality in your projects
- In this role, you are the contact person for clients, architects, planners, and authorities
- You prepare offers, change orders, and billing for your projects
Qualifications:
You have completed basic training in the HVAC field
You have further training as a project manager, HF technician, or a comparable qualification
You bring several years of experience in project management in the sanitary sector
You have good knowledge of relevant standards, such as SVGW
You are characterised by strong organisational and communication skills
You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
