Located in Château-d’Œx, at 1000 metres altitude, the Pays-d’Enhaut Health Centre offers a wide range of hospital services, accommodation, elderly care support, as well as home care. Following the so-called integrated care approach, this innovative organisation represents an opportunity for health professionals to work within small multidisciplinary teams, ensuring better continuity of care and responding to the health needs of the Pays-d’Enhaut population.

To complete our accommodation sector team, which has just moved into a new residence hosting 50 residents, for short or long stays, we are looking immediately or by agreement for a:
Nurse (Permanent Contract - 80 to 100%)
As a Nurse attached to our EMS Les Gentianes, you are committed to providing quality care, reception and support services to ensure the health maintenance and well-being of the residents. You will also contribute to optimising the quality/safety of care process and adapting it to the needs of the residents and their families.
On a daily basis, you will supervise the care teams and promote a culture of participative, responsible management that encourages interdisciplinarity.
Your responsibilities:
- Organise basic care, provide nursing care and delegated medical acts;
- Actively contribute to team dynamics by organising and supervising the care team in their daily tasks;
- Work closely with neighbouring sectors (Kitchen, Socio-cultural animation, etc.);
- Ensure the comfort and respect of residents, while adhering to instructions related to restraint measures and current hygiene rules;
Your profile:
- ES or HES diploma in nursing, or a qualification deemed equivalent by the Swiss Red Cross;
- Ideally, proven first experience in a similar position within an EMS;
- Listening skills, autonomy and ability to manage complex situations;
- Proactivity and ease in networked work;
- Proficiency in common IT tools;
- Strong assets: you hold a CAS as Practitioner Trainer (PF), have experience with CareFolio and/or are a "Pleasure" evaluator;
