For the Colors & Effects site in Monthey, we are currently seeking a Chemical and Pharmaceutical Production Technologist (m/f/d).

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• You train in, apply, and ensure the application of all current EHS procedures and directives allowing tasks to be performed safely and in an environmentally responsible manner.
• Within a team, you operate complex production processes by computer, applying manufacturing procedures.
• You detect and analyse any deviations, then implement corrective actions decided upon during interdisciplinary team work.
• You perform tasks such as handling containers, loading and unloading raw materials or presses.
• You participate in production support activities: sampling, labelling, cleaning, tidying, and simple analytical checks.
• You contribute to TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and the continuous improvement of processes.
• You work in teams (5 or 7 days a week, 24 hours a day) within the Operations sector.

PROFILE SOUGHT

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a Chemical and Pharmaceutical Production Technologist and ideally have successful experience in the chemical industry.
• You comply with EHS directives and place particular importance on safety, health, and environmental issues.
• You are rigorous and professional in applying and monitoring manufacturing procedures.
• You enjoy teamwork and actively contribute to constructive collaboration.
• You demonstrate flexibility, motivation, and a good team spirit.
