Operations Electrician / Automation Technician Production (m/f/d)

Role:
As an Operations Electrician / Automation Technician, you ensure the reliable availability of our production facilities. You analyse faults, carry out maintenance and repair work, and use your technical expertise to ensure smooth production operations in a 4-shift system.
Responsibilities:
Analyse and resolve faults in the production facilities for paper manufacturing and processing
Perform maintenance and repair work on production equipment and technical infrastructure
Ensure smooth information flow through clear and solution-oriented communication within the team
Optional: Take on tasks in maintenance planning, including planning, coordination and implementation of maintenance measures
Optional: Maintain and update technical documentation and schematics
Qualifications:
Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ, automation technician EFZ or in a comparable technical profession recognised by the ESTI
Installation permit NIV Art. 13 or 15 is an advantage
Solid experience in maintenance and repair of production facilities, ideally in paper manufacturing or processing
Team-oriented, communicative and cross-departmental working style
Willingness to work in a 4-shift system with a rotating 7-day shift model, including weekends and public holidays
