On behalf of a real estate establishment in Geneva, I am looking for:

Technical Manager M/F

Tasks:

• Management of inventories (entries, exits and preliminary)
• Work proposals and site monitoring
• Requests for quotes and counter-offers from trades
• Requests and follow-up of APA
• Requests for subsidies
• Energy management of buildings, optimisation analysis
• Invoice control and validation
• Preparation of annual budgets
• Preparation of building reports
• Claims management
• Management of concierges
• Monitoring and application of legal directives, owners' instructions and internal procedures
• Follow-up of files and deadlines
• Management of internal projects
• Processing and follow-up of mail and emails; all administrative tasks related to the role.

Profile:

• Methodical, autonomous and organised
• Excellent command of the French language
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with IT tools (Quorum an asset)
• At least 2-3 years experience in a similar position in Geneva property management
• EXPERIENCE IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IN ROMANDY MANDATORY
