Mandate Manager Fiduciary (m/f/d) 50-70%

What you will achieve

• You independently take responsibility for the support and review of financial and payroll accounting, VAT returns, interim and annual financial statements as well as tax returns
• You provide practical advice to our SME clients on issues relating to financial and payroll accounting, taxes and social security
• You advise companies in special situations such as start-ups, restructurings or organisational changes
• You carefully accompany individuals with tax-complex situations and advise them in the preparation of the annual tax return
• You are the contact person for our clients in various life phases (starting a family, estate planning, executor matters, etc.)
• You provide occasional support in deputy assignments (outsourcing assignments)
• You play a significant role in expanding new business relationships and actively maintain your network
   

What makes you successful

• You are a certified fiduciary expert or are on the way to this qualification
• Ideally, you have experience in payroll accounting and enjoy taking on a professional sparring role by conducting reviews and contributing to quality assurance
• You think entrepreneurially, pragmatically and are open to innovative approaches to find the best solutions for our clients
• You inspire with your client-oriented and partnership-based communication and ensure trusting relationships
• You enjoy working with a motivated, young team, share your knowledge and promote the professional development of team members
