Property Manager (m/f/d)

• Complete and active management of a mixed real estate portfolio
• General relations with property owners
• Negotiation, drafting and review of rental contracts and related documents
• Conducting inventories, especially commercial; autonomous execution
• Management of debtors and creditors and monitoring of legal cases
• Processing and validation of heating and ancillary cost statements
• Development of solution-oriented proposals for clients
• Preparation of relevant reports and market indicators.
• Monitoring and processing of reporting
• Management and follow-up of claims
• Written and oral communication with tenants, craftsmen, suppliers and authorities
• Representation of the mandate before authorities (tenancy commissions, courts, etc.)
• Preparation and planning of budgets and forecasts with responsibility for results
• Monitoring indicators (market rents, maintenance of files and related reports)
• Support and monitoring of renovation works
• Proposal and implementation of rent adjustments
• Leadership mission; 1-2 persons
• Management and coordination of specialised employees and assigned caretakers or FM service providers

• Proven experience in property management in Switzerland, ideally in a similar position
• Very good knowledge of tenancy law; federal certificate an advantage
• Fluent command of French and accurate spelling; knowledge of German an advantage
• Advanced IT skills, especially in MS Office applications; experience with GREM an advantage
• Excellent organisational skills and exemplary interpersonal skills
• Strong social competence and ability to work successfully in a team
• Possession of a valid driving licence and a personal car required
