Operations Agent / Handyman (m/f)

• Accompany, organise and monitor the work of external companies and document it
• Manage workspaces (offices, rooms, moves, etc.), ensure supplies
• Ensure the proper functioning of multi-technical and multiservice maintenance services on assigned sites
• Ensure the quality of interventions, customer satisfaction and compliance with safety procedures

• Know and apply Apleona safety rules & follow client safety standards
• Apply the quality processes/standards in force across all activities performed
• Respect internal values and the expected code of conduct
• Record, document and transmit performance indicators specific to the activities
• Follow "work-orders / FM Portal" and manage priorities in consultation with the manager
• Guarantee continuity and quality of maintenance services and small works on the sites under their responsibility

• Ensure the setup of meeting rooms (notably "Auditorium," "Pressroom," Summit…)
• Organise, coordinate, communicate people movements (office changes…)
• Conduct regular site visits to identify needs and actions to be implemented.
• Carry out possible repairs: doors, handles, locks, taps/batteries… (Non-electrical)
• Participate in operations meetings and provide regular reporting to the Operations Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules, internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Develop intervention schedules based on priorities and urgencies.
• Check office consumables stock status, place orders
• Verify/check (checklist) the condition of safety devices on sites (emergency, readers, devices…)
• Install/mount requested equipment in offices (flip chart, boards, shelves…)
• Check the condition and organisation of tools, equipment, stock levels useful to teams/clients…
• Receive suppliers and prepare required documents (authorisations, work permits…)
• Control the quality of completed interventions and ensure deadlines are met.
• Propose continuous improvement actions to optimise services and quality.
• Support colleagues during projects (e.g. moves, etc.)
• Ensure administrative follow-up of interventions (work orders, reports, quotes, orders, invoicing, dashboards).
• Maintain exteriors (green spaces, furniture, parking areas, occasional winter salting…)

• Fluency in French essential (spoken and written)
• Swiss nationality or valid residence permit
• Holder of a federal certificate of capacity as operations agent or equivalent training in a technical building field
• Proven experience of at least 2 to 3 years in a similar position
• Possess a category B driving licence
• Ability to organise and prioritise interventions.
• Rigour, autonomy and responsiveness.
• Ability to manage emergencies and multiple files simultaneously.
• Service-minded with a confirmed customer satisfaction orientation
• Demonstrate good knowledge of building installations and techniques
