Branch Manager (m/f/d)

• Responsibility for personnel management, expertise and finances of our branch in Fribourg, initially with approx. 5 to 10 employees
• Ensuring the achievement of financial and qualitative objectives
• You convince with your technical and managerial skills, know how to motivate your team to give their best and develop solution proposals together
• Preparation of various reports and analyses for our clients and management
• Identification of trends and opportunities and implementation of necessary measures
• Monitoring the development of the rental market and tenancy law
• Controlling forecasts, budget and planning with responsibility for results
• Ensuring compliance with defined processes and quality standards
• Active acquisition of new mandates and presentation of the company to potential new clients

• Training as a property administrator with a federal certificate, certified real estate fiduciary or Master of Real Estate Management or continuing education/studies at a specialised higher education institution or university of applied sciences (UAS)
• Several years of experience in property management (administrative, legal and technical)
• Technical and managerial skills, several years of experience as a manager
• Excellent knowledge of the regional market and tenancy law (residential and commercial premises)
• Native French speaker, excellent oral and written command
• Network- and sustainability-oriented thinking and action
• High social competence, flexibility and resilience to stress
• Good knowledge of IT applications (MS Office programmes, possibly REM)
• Convincing and neat presentation
• Valid driving licence and private vehicle required
