What you will do
As the head of the Lausanne branch, you report directly to the CEO of Regimo. You hold operational responsibility for the site, lead the team and maintain key relationships with clients and business partners. Your main tasks include:
- Ensuring the management of the branch and overseeing its significant portfolio of real estate of all types
- Guaranteeing quality property management, serving the clients
- Driving the operational development and financial performance of the branch: budget, turnover, profitability and key performance indicators
- Leading, motivating and advancing a team of about 25 employees
Retaining key clients and developing relationships with them
Identifying development opportunities in the market and seizing business opportunities
Working closely with management and other company departments

What you bring
Your experience and taste for responsibility matter, as do your mindset, personality and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Swiss real estate market, especially in the French-speaking region, and the applicable legal and regulatory framework
- A solid professional network in French-speaking Switzerland
- A higher education in real estate, for example a federal certificate as a property manager or a federal diploma as a real estate administrator, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in real estate, notably in a management role, ideally in a similar position
- Experience managing complex real estate portfolios
- A business sense: you understand business management mechanisms, take responsibility for the budget and results, and decide confidently in the overall interest of Regimo
- A clear, respectful and motivating leadership style that empowers everyone and strengthens team spirit
- Energy, a taste for teamwork and a client and service orientation
- Strong communication skills and the ability to persuade demanding clients and partners as well as all levels of the company
- Very good command of French and German (mandatory)
