ICT System Engineer (m/f/d)

Provide technical support in 2nd and 3rd level support and ensure the reliable operation of VoIP systems.
Act as a technical contact person for partners and develop suitable solutions for complex issues.
Develop, implement, and continuously optimise system engineering and monitoring solutions.
Maintain, service, and update Linux and Windows servers as well as create technical documentation and user manuals.
Prepare, organise, and conduct workshops and certifications to impart and further develop technical knowledge.
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification with relevant practical experience.
Sound knowledge of network technologies, ticketing and monitoring systems, and experience with various shell environments.
Practical experience with Git, Ansible, and integrated development environments (IDEs).
Analytical, independent, and solution-oriented working style as well as enjoyment of technical collaboration with partners.
Very good German skills and good English skills; residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter.
