Clerk with Technical Affinity

An established technology provider in the construction and conveyor technology sector is looking to strengthen its family-like team in the Bern region. In this versatile hub role, you will form the interface between customers and suppliers and ensure first-class technical support. The workplace is in the Bern region.

Junior Specialist Technical Parts & Support (80–100%) or Clerk with Technical Finesse

Main tasks:

• Technical advice and support for customers

• Active communication between customers and suppliers

• Processing of spare parts orders and commercial processes

• Ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Technical basic training with commercial flair or commercial qualification with technical affinity

• Good language skills in German and French at B2 level (spoken/written)

• Resilience, strong communication skills and high service orientation

• Structured, independent and precise working style

• Further training (e.g. Technical Salesperson) or industry experience (construction machinery/forklifts) is an advantage
