You appreciate varied tasks and want to apply your commercial skills in a legal environment? In this newly created role, you combine administrative case processing with a focus on court accounting and support various first-instance courts where your input is needed.
Your tasks
- You administratively process court cases from receipt to archiving and accompany the individual procedural steps in close cooperation with the judges.
- You communicate professionally in writing and by phone with parties involved in the proceedings and draft simple decisions based on templates or judicial instructions.
- The focus of your activity is court accounting: you post incoming and outgoing payments, issue invoices, and manage the dunning and debt collection system.
- You conduct enquiries regarding the residence and solvency of debtors and take on further administrative tasks.
- After your induction at the District Court of Lucerne, you support various first-instance courts within the scope of your role.
Your profile
- You have completed a commercial basic education (E or M profile) or an equivalent qualification.
- Ideally, you bring experience in the court system, a law firm, or public administration – knowledge of finance and accounting is an advantage.
- You are interested in legal issues and quickly familiarise yourself with new topics and specialised applications.
- Your working style is independent, precise, and reliable, and you are proficient with common IT tools.
- As a committed, loyal, and discreet person, you value teamwork and approach different stakeholders in a service-oriented manner.
