Technical Clerk Network Construction (m/f/d)
Our client is a Swiss industrial company focused on the production of technical products and components. Reliable material supply and efficient procurement processes form an important basis for production operations.
Role:
As a technical clerk, you support the site management as well as the construction and assembly management in administrative, organisational and logistical tasks. You are responsible for material and inventory management, coordinate operating resources and simultaneously assist with technical matters related to network and plant construction.
Responsibilities:
Support the site management with administrative and organisational tasks
Management of the ERP system and material warehouse
Responsibility for material, clothing and PPE warehouse
Creation and maintenance of lists, material kits and tool overviews
Organisation and execution of tool and test equipment inspections
Evaluation and introduction of materials and tools
Preparation of reports, statistics and ISO-relevant documentation
Creation and maintenance of AVOR documents and technical documentation
Responsibility for the vehicle and machinery fleet
Support the construction and assembly management in organisational processes
Qualifications:
Completed training as clerk, logistician, network electrician or network specialist
Experience in a technical or logistical environment is an advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office 365 and confident handling of digital systems
Strong organisational skills and independent working style
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
Solution-oriented and reliable personality
Good customer and team orientation
Technical understanding and interest in network and plant construction
