Founded in 2001, the Fed Finance firm specialises in temporary and permanent recruitment for accounting and finance professions.
We are supporting a Swiss organisation of around 400 employees, active in the personal services sector and based in the canton of Jura, in recruiting its future CFO at 70-100%.
In a context of organisational change and modernisation of financial tools, you will join the executive committee and play a central role in financial management and change support.
Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Define and implement the financial strategy in collaboration with general management;
- Supervise and support the financial and administrative teams;
- Manage budgets, financial forecasts and performance indicators;
- Develop reporting tools and dashboards for management;
- Support the digitalisation of financial processes and the evolution of information systems;
- Oversee management control, cost accounting and the internal control system;
- Ensure the reliability of financial data and contribute to continuous process improvement;
- Participate in strategic projects and organisational investments;
- Work closely with operational managers across different sites;
- Represent the finance function with institutional partners and support management in its interactions with various stakeholders.
Profile sought:
- You hold a higher education degree in finance, economics, accounting or an equivalent qualification;
- You have proven experience in financial management or a similar senior role;
- You have already participated in transformation projects, notably in the digitalisation of financial processes;
- You possess strong skills in budget management, management control and financial steering;
- You have management experience and know how to support your team in their development;
- You are able to combine strategic vision with an understanding of operational challenges;
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, natural leadership and a real ability to unite people;
- You are comfortable in an environment involving institutional partners and regional issues;
- Experience in a foundation, a semi-public structure or the health sector is an asset;
- A good knowledge of the economic and institutional fabric of French-speaking Switzerland is appreciated.
