Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)
Psychiatric treatment requires competence, empathy, and a solid foundation. Our Rocken partner is an established private clinic for psychiatry and psychotherapy with a long tradition in treating mental illnesses. The range of services includes inpatient and outpatient care, crisis intervention, acute treatment, as well as specialised therapeutic offerings. In this role, you take central responsibility for operational accounting, reporting, and controlling, ensuring reliable figures for various stakeholders. You continuously develop evaluations and processes, thus contributing to well-founded decision-making bases. With your strong analytical thinking, you combine operational financial skills with a structured view of business contexts. You act as an important interface in the financial control process and ensure transparency in all relevant key figures. Through your commitment, you make a decisive contribution to a professional finance and controlling landscape.
Responsibilities:
- You manage operational accounting according to REKOLE guidelines and ensure the correct representation of internal and external requirements
- In this role, you are the central contact person for operational accounting and contribute your expertise in exchange with various stakeholders
- As a finance & controlling specialist, you take application responsibility for operational accounting in Opale bluePearl as well as the reporting tool Qlik Sense
- You prepare recurring internal and external reports, process statistical data, and provide relevant key figures clearly and reliably
- In this role, you further develop financial and medical controlling, create ad-hoc analyses, and deliver well-founded decision-making bases
- As a finance & controlling specialist, you participate in quarterly and annual financial statements, support ISO and IKS processes, and work on various projects
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial basic education with further training in finance and accounting, controlling, or business administration, or a comparable qualification
- You bring several years of experience in finance and accounting and/or controlling
- You have very good Excel skills and a strong affinity for ERP, reporting, and financial systems
- Ideally, you have knowledge of Opale bluePearl and REKOLE
- Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
