Role:
In this varied position, you will take on the commissioning of systems including calibration and programming of robots, devices, and tools. You will conduct acceptance tests and application tests, support the further development of existing systems, and actively contribute your technical expertise to projects with customers and in the development area.
Responsibilities:
You commission systems and calibrate or program robots, devices, and tools using proprietary automation software.
You prepare and conduct acceptance tests.
You perform application tests of prototypes and optimise existing devices.
You support on-site commissioning as well as support during productive operation.
You independently solve technical problems and contribute to the further development of software and hardware solutions.
You update user documentation and assist with marketing and sales activities (videos, demos, images).
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as an automation technician with higher vocational education or degree in systems engineering, mechatronics, life sciences or comparable
Strong technical understanding and manual dexterity
Basic knowledge of a programming language
Good German and English skills spoken and written
Willingness to travel extensively
