Your area of responsibility

• As team leader, you manage the department according to the service mandate and target specifications in collaboration with the department management. You are responsible for leading several employees from various professional groups within the nursing team and act as deputy in the absence of the department management
• With your farsighted and reflective personality, you actively participate in various projects and are significantly involved in their implementation
• Embedded in a multiprofessional team, you make a substantial contribution to the entire recovery and therapy process of intensive care-dependent premature and full-term newborns up to adolescent patients
• You support students in their professional development

Your experience

• You have completed training as a Specialist in Paediatric Intensive Care Nursing NDS HF and have further training in leadership or the willingness to undertake it. In addition, you possess high personal and social competence
• Team development is important to you and together with the department management you support interprofessional collaboration
• You seek the challenge of rapidly changing, highly complex patient situations and are committed to caring for patients and their families empathetically and

• You are a resilient, flexible, decisive and communicative personality and bring a high level of teamwork skills

• A state-of-the-art clinical information system, which digitally and comprehensively maps the entire patient process and lists all patient data at any time and up to date, supports you around the clock
