100% Real Estate Accountant (Try & Hire)

As a 100% Real Estate Accountant Try & Hire, based in Lausanne, you will be responsible for managing real estate accounting for an organisation in the real estate sector. This temporary position offers an opportunity to contribute to the financial and administrative management of real estate assets. There is a possibility of permanent employment if the assignment goes well.

Responsibilities

As a Real Estate Accountant Try & Hire, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Ensure the complete management of real estate accounting;
• Monitor rent payments and manage reminders in case of arrears;
• Prepare and analyse annual accounts for real estate assets;
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions;
• Collaborate with property managers to ensure optimal management of assets;
• Manage invoicing and payments to suppliers;
• Prepare service charge statements (heating, etc.);
• Participate in financial audits and provide the necessary documents.

Candidate Profile

As a Real Estate Accountant Try & Hire, you have the following profile:

• Training in accounting or an equivalent financial field;
• Proven experience in real estate accounting or financial management;
• Excellent skills in Quorum are an asset;
• Good command of French, knowledge of another national language is an asset;
