ERP consulting with technical depth: This role is aimed at professionals who want to bring together business requirements, software, and digital processes. The focus is on how Abacus can be optimally used, integrated, and further developed to make companies more efficient and digital.
Responsibilities:
Development of holistic ERP solutions based on Abacus
Analysis of complex customer requirements and translation into functional and technical concepts
Consulting departments on digitalising and optimising their workflows
Design of efficient end-to-end processes within the Abacus platform
Planning and implementation of system adjustments and individual extensions
Conceptualisation of modern integrations between ERP, CRM, DMS, and other applications
Working with interfaces, data models, and automated data flows
Support in the introduction of new Abacus functionalities
Conducting system analyses and developing optimisation measures
Accompanying customers during release changes, migrations, and technical developments
Development of digital workflows to reduce manual process steps
Collaboration with developers and other specialists on demanding integration projects
Conducting training sessions and technical workshops
Taking on own projects and expanding professional responsibility
Qualifications:
Degree or higher education in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field
Practical experience in the ERP environment, ideally with Abacus
Strong interest in business software and digital business processes
Technical understanding of system architectures, data flows, and interfaces
Ideally experience with SQL, REST APIs, or integration platforms
Ability to understand both technical and business contexts
Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset
Confident manner in collaboration with customers and departments
High personal responsibility and structured working style
Interest in modern topics such as process automation, cloud ERP, and AI-supported business processes
