Your Profile

• Tertiary education in business, law or psychology as well as targeted specialisation in the HR field.

• Several years of leadership experience in a senior HR function with strategic as well as operational scope.

• Proven success in accompanying transformation processes and implementing modern leadership concepts.

• Confident application of Swiss labour law and a strong enthusiasm for the digitalisation of HR processes.

• Fluent German skills as well as very good knowledge of French.

• Strong doer mentality: empathetic, assertive, reflective and networked thinking.
