For our client, a renowned company in the cosmetics industry, we are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to strengthen the production team in the field of natural cosmetics: Bulk Production Plant Operator (m/f/d) 100%

What to expect

In this role, you play a central part in the manufacturing process of high-quality natural cosmetic products. Your main tasks include:

• Operating process plants for the production of batch sizes between 1,000 kg and 3,000 kg

• Controlling and monitoring processes via the production control system

• Accurately weighing and preparing the required raw materials

• Safe operation of electric pedestrian stackers and industrial scales

• Thorough cleaning of machines, equipment, and work areas

• Willingness to work flexible shifts according to the shift schedule (including night work)

What you bring

• Completed vocational training as a food technologist, plant operator, or in a comparable field

• Willingness and awareness to work according to strict GMP and hygiene regulations

• A systematic, focused, and independent working style with a high quality standard

• Strong team skills and a pleasant, open communication style

• Resilience and overview, even when the operation gets hectic

• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
